Valbin Corporation is currently recruiting full-time Program Managers and Assistant Program Managers to manage Civilian on Battlefield (COB) role players for an upcoming opportunity in Hohenfels, Germany. A Supervisor will attend exercise briefings and oversee COB scenarios, actions, and movement during the training exercises. Requirements: Live in Germany Pass a basic fitness test prior to employment Must be able to walk considerable distances (20+ km), carry baggage in arms and on shoulders, and be exposed to simulated fire ranges Must be able to work from a field environment, both inside and outside and in all weather conditions Must be able to work a possible 8+ hour shift Must demonstrate language proficiency in English and German with an equivalent ILR (Interagency Language Roundtable) score of 3 General Duties: Oversee and manage the movement and scheduling for hundreds of COBs Comply with all aspects of personnel, physical and force protection security requirements Fulfill the role as facilitator for administrative matters between COB and Valbin management at the training exercises Language Sets Needed: English (ILR Level III) AND German (ILR Level III) ----------Die Valbin Corporation sucht einen Assistant Program Manager (w/m/d) in Vollzeit um bei zukünftigen Übungen die Rollenspieler zu managen. Sie nehmen unteranderem an Einsatzbesprechungen teil und beaufsichtigen die COBs und deren Verhalten bei verschiedenen Szenarien. Voraussetzungen: Wohnsitz in Deutschland (bevorzugt in der Nähe von Hohenfels, Bayern) Bestehen eines Fitnesstests In der Lage größere Distanzen (20km+) auch mit Gepäck zu gehen und einem simulierten Feuergefecht ausgesetzt zu sein Bereit bei allen Wettersituation auch draußen zu arbeiten In der Lage sein 8+ Stunden Schichten zu arbeiten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf dem ILR III / C1 Niveau Aufgaben: Planung, Koordination und Überwachung der einzelnen Einsätze von mehreren hundert COBs Einhaltung aller Vorschriften und Gesetzte bezüglich Arbeitsrecht und Arbeitsschutz.
