JOB OPENING Title : IACS Registrar Location : Hohenfels, Germany Start Date : Immediately Job-Type: Part-Time On-Call (PTOC) = Substitute and replacement personnel for planned and unplanned absences at the IACS administrative office. Personnel should be available on short notice. SUMMARY IACS registrars provide customer service and direction to the USAG Community members. Additionally, registrars are required to process access roster lists for individuals requiring access on-post for special occasions and other on-post functions . A registrar will also implement and understand all U.S. Army regulations about the IACS Project and w ork with the DES/PMO to ensure information and submissions are completed accurately. JOB DESCRIPTION Knowledge in customer service (minimum one year) Issue DBIDS Cards (Defense Biometric Identification System) Perform administrative duties Process access roster list Basic data entry QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma US citizen over 18 years old Pass a criminal background check Experience in customer service administration US ID card holder with base access and SOFA privileges APPLICATION PROCESS For more information, go to our website .
