Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a talented and experienced QA engineer to join our product team. As a QA engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our SaaS AI products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and defining automated QA tests, a passion for delivering high-quality software, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities: Perform manual and automated tests to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our SaaS AI products. Identify, report, and track issues effectively with your strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Define test strategies and test scenarios. Use technologies such as Selenium and WebdriverIO to build, expand, and maintain our automated testing suite and integrate it into our CI/CD pipelines. Use your programming and SQL skills to build reliable, high-quality tests. Your tests cover all aspects of our SaaS applications such as databases, backend, and frontend services. As part of a cross functional team, you collaborate closely with others and organize your work in Jira and Confluence. Qualifications: 5 years of experience in a QA engineering role or a similar position in software testing and test automation. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in designing, building, and maintaining automated test suites for web applications, APIs, and software systems. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices to ensure the highest level of product quality. Fluent in English. Relevant QA certifications, such as ISTQB, are a plus.
