About The Role This role is results driven and responsible for generating business to business sales leads, ‘cold calling’ prospective customers and ensuring that our Customer Relationship Management system (CRM System) Salesforce, is accurately maintained. The role will also involve providing administrative support to the professional team, such as preparing sales reports, scheduling appointments and researching/planning business targets industries. Main responsibilities include but not limited to:- Manage incoming leads and sales pipeline to assess opportunities quickly and efficiently Client relationship building and cold calling new sales leads Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients across multiple levels and through frequent contact to drive profitable growth Lead the processes of business development and supporting clients through interaction with the various experts in pricing, underwriting, business initiatives, operations, R&D, inforce management, etc. as well as associates from other US business lines and global teams to facilitate completion of traditional and non-traditional reinsurance transactions and fee-based solutions Assess the economic viability of project proposals and propose ways to increase project revenue streams or reduce costs Gather and analyze client information for potential projects Develop project proposals Track and evaluate emerging regulatory rulings and assess the potential for market creation Evaluate customer savings propositions by analyzing energy data and utility rates Support contract negotiations Support fleet electrification customer acquisition in a defined market region or set of regions Own a target and meet or exceed that target About You The successful candidate will bring their effective and concise communication skills to this role, both written and verbal. You will have the confidence to be persuasive with prospective customers/partners in senior management positions at targeted companies and the ability to deal with technical product information. You can adapt procedures to a new and more effective way of working (in relation primarily to database management) and be results and target driven. Previous skills & experience :- 1-3 years’ experience in B2B sales critical Experience in electric, new energy and telecommunication industry and or retail essential Passion for product and renewable energy Sales Driven and Motivated towards targets and goals Demonstrated experience dealing with customers and prospective partners/customers in a high pressure, results orientated environment Team Player, Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Benefits : We value you bringing your whole self to work – your authentic you.
