Title: Senior QMPosition Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Management (QM) and Project Management (PM) expert fluent in German to join our team for an S4HANA implementation project. The role involves conducting Fit & Gap analyses, contributing to the design phase, and providing expertise in both QM and PM domains. The successful candidate will commence on May 1, 2024, and will be expected to travel approximately 25% of the time for knowledge transfer sessions and workshops.Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive Fit & Gap analyses to identify requirements and functionalities within the S4HANA framework. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into system design specifications. Provide expert guidance on Quality Management (QM) processes and best practices within the context of S4HANA. Lead Project Management (PM) activities, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of S4HANA modules. Facilitate workshops and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure effective communication and understanding among team members. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to QM and PM aspects during the implementation phase. Document processes, configurations, and solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and future reference. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in S4HANA functionality and methodologies. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members as needed. Requirements: Fluency in German is essential for effective communication with stakeholders. Extensive experience in Quality Management (QM) and Project Management (PM) within the context of ERP systems, preferably SAP. Proven track record in conducting Fit & Gap analyses and contributing to the design phase of ERP implementations. Strong understanding of S4HANA modules and functionalities, particularly in QM and PM areas. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time for knowledge transfer sessions and workshops. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. Project management certification (e.g., PMP) and SAP certification would be advantageous. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Prior experience in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, or pharmaceuticals is a plus.
