You will lead cross functional teams to successfully deliver large to complex Workday deployments. As the main point of contact for both customer and Workday teams, you will be working hand in hand with the Customer Project Manager to resolve issues, that stand in the way of project success, in creative and effective ways. Your role is to deliver the expected value to our Customer on time and on budget, with the best Customer experience from project start up through go-live.Key objectives for the role:Customer deployment success and satisfactionScope and risk managementProject budget and forecast managementTimely and transparent communicationEffective team management About You The role requires a blended mix of business skills, customer focus and leadership to guide and support the deployment to achieve customers' and team's success. Basic Qualifications Languages: German and English 5+ years of proven program/project management experience; ability to balance multiple projects and prioritise time well5+ years of experience in the area of HCM, Payroll, Financials or Supply ChainMultinational organisation and ERP implementation experienceSuccessful candidates have a balance of functional (business) and technical experience Other Qualifications Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills, including comfort with communication with senior executivesLeadership abilities to empower and focus the project team on deployment objectivesConsistent track record in Project Management delivery within a Professional Services environmentPassion for customer successAble to efficiently research customer issues and questions with a follow through to resolutionExperience of managing 3rd parties in a projectWillingness to 'roll up one's sleeves' and assist wherever needed.
