As an Industrial Project Leader (f/m/d) you will play a key role on an entrepreneurial minded team working to define and secure a strong position for Schneider Electric in the Industry. You will have the opportunity to support & leverage the expertise of the team to develop and industrialize new offers for the Industrial Automation portfolio. You will lead and guide industrialization activities on an Agile / Scrum team with a focus on delivering innovative new solutions. You will be responsible for managing industrialization timelines, budgets, resources, product cost, as well as early contributions to make/buy/partner, business case development and project planning. Your IMPACT: * Lead industrialization activities in a cross-functional team with a focus on new product development * Lead assigned project team of Industrial experts for Assembly / Testing / PCBA / Part&Tooling domains including Procurement and Quality members * Support the definition of the long-term plans including best manufacturing and supply chain scenarios to support Business objectives * Coordinate across Agile teams to prioritize work, manage dependencies and remove impediments * Help teams improve collaboration reflecting on past work, identifying new ways of working and overcoming communication barriers * Leverage on Customer Feedbacks and System Demos to continuously improve internal processes & delivery outcomes * Work with internal Schneider Electric stakeholders such as manufacturing plants, virtual factories, GSC transversal teams, country offer management and other Schneider divisions during the development & industrialization processes * Organize and manage manufacturing prototype and pilot runs * Accountable for Project Deliverables related to Quality, Cost and Time to Market Our Offer: * You will be part of agrowing companywith a positive industry reputation, who is arecognized leaderin a market where energy services are in demand * We provide the freedom to make your own decisions. With Schneider Electric, you have all thedevelopment opportunitiesan international group can provide * Our attractive salary and the social benefits our international group offers speak for themselves Your Profile: * A Bachelor / Master's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Systems Engineering or a related field * Several years of experience in new product development or Manufacturing, ideally with exposure to Agile / Scrum development * Ability to structure the work, and simplify complex situation to bring pragmatic solutions and remove roadblocks * The ability to positively influence and convince in combination with strong communication, presentation and leadership skills * Ability to manage multiple projects/activities simultaneously and priorities based on Customer Value Delivered * Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of initiative and pro-active engagement * Excellent understanding of digital technologies in manufacturing including lean digitization systems, smart tools, ERP, and MES * Open for international travelling (~20%) * Fluency in English, German language skills are advantageous Curiosity, Inclusion, Teamwork: Nobody is flawless and not all career paths are the same.
