Job Description/Key Responsibilities The Director of Family and Clinical Services’ primary responsibility is to conduct 1:1 teleconsultation services (over phone or video chat) with parents and caregivers. They will put emphasis on the ongoing nature of consultation and strive to ensure regular follow up with parents is achieved. They will log notes, recommendations, referrals, and respond to parent messages within 1 business day.This role includes providing guidance and education around: Behavior analytic tips and strategies to implement in the home/community settings Ethical approaches to skill building as well as behavior reduction protocols The school system/IEP process/transition to adulthood programming Referrals to other company-sponsored benefits when appropriate (EAP, health plan, etc.) They will report to the Senior Director of Clinical Services and acts as the ultimate advocate for parents. Required Education, Licenses, and Certification Master’s Degree or above Board Certified Behavior Analyst Skills and Experience Minimum 5 years working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities utilizing ABA principles (add’l experience with learning disabilities, counseling, and/or supporting adults in the workplace is a plus) Minimum 3 years conducting parent training utilizing ABA principles Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage frequent back-to-back calls and pivot seamlessly among them Ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision and take initiative Ability to make independent decisions and communicate accordingly Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of vital project/client information Ability to work on a multi-disciplinary team to connect, remotely, with colleagues of all professional backgrounds Excellent organizational and time management skills Bonus points for bilingual candidates *Experience with neurodiversity in the workplace (with adults) is a major plus as we have potential opportunities for this director to work with our neurodiversity consultant team as well Location: preference to candidates who reside outside of the United States in order to support parents outside of the US, including including EMEA and APAC regions.
