Zilliant is looking for an Implementation Consultant in Germany. You will be responsible for empowering enterprise customers to achieve their growth objectives through the utilization of Zilliant’s advanced pricing optimization software. As an Implementation Consultant, you will establish, nurture, and manage relationships with our key strategic clients. By comprehensively understanding customer business goals, you'll identify growth opportunities, deliver detailed reports, and facilitate executive alignment to implement and enhance new CRM, eCommerce, or CPQ strategies What You’ll Do: Manage a portfolio of top enterprise clients, guiding them through onboarding, strategy development, and product optimization to ensure their success and retention. Facilitate requirements workshops with customers, partners, and internal project teams to create project blueprints, provide system training, and oversee CRM & CPQ solution customization Build strong customer relationships, aligning platform functionalities with business goals and promoting best practices to maximize value. Utilize survey tools to track usage and key performance indicators, identifying and addressing common issues promptly. Provide valuable product feedback and recommendations to internal teams, including Customer Success, Product, and Engineering. Monitor product usage, forecast renewals, and identify expansion opportunities within your portfolio. Manage relationships with implementation partners throughout and after customer Go-live. Drive customer advocacy through case studies, testimonials, and referrals, fostering client champions. Who You Are: A seasoned consultant with expertise in process optimization related to sales and distribution Analytically minded, capable of leveraging data-driven insights to propel solutions forward. A driven and proactive team player who offers and fosters adoption of innovative ideas. Effective communicator with an outstanding presence in customer interactions. What You’ll Need: Bachelor’s Degree/Masters’ in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related STEM-field, or relevant professional experience. Distinct knowledge in SaaS software and experience in driving from a business perspective on the adoption of it. 4+ years of customer-facing project and consulting experience in CRM or ERP (ideally SAP CRM or SAP Sales Cloud and SAP ERP) bundled with blueprint experience. ERP SD and pricing or costing in one of the past projects preferred Proficiency in ABAP or Java preferred Industry background knowledge in Manufacturing / Engineering preferred Familiar with sales, digitalization, and marketing processes.
