The future looks like you This is an opportunity to join one of Europe's most widely recognised and much loved fashion retailers, currently going through a digital transformation that's aimed at placing our consumers at the heart of everything we do. As Head of Media you will shape and execute C&A's media and advertising strategy, both online and offline. You will work very closely with the Head of Marketing, Range Product teams and country organisations, where you will be creating media strategies, across various platforms delivering visible ROI. You will be supported by a fantastic C&A marketing team of circa 40+ people and will co-manage a large scale marketing budget and agency partners. Day to day you will be responsible for driving successful paid media campaigns, directly impacting C&A's market positioning and marketing effectiveness, managing budgets and partners, and building and leading a high-performing team. Your responsibilities Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive media mix strategies (media mix modeling) aligned with overall marketing and business objectives. Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all paid media campaigns, both online and offline. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Reporting and Analysis: Develop and present regular data-driven reports on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI, ensuring campaigns are delivered within financial parameters. Conduct regular budget reviews and adjustments based on performance metrics and business goals. Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of paid media professionals. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, creative, and sales, to ensure integrated and cohesive campaigns. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to enhance campaign performance and stay ahead of industry trends. What you bring Experience of enterprise scale media strategy creation and execution, ideally within fashion/apparel/lifestyle/consumer goods industry.
