Support the Voith Group | Division Hydro as a Internship (m|f|d) - HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Job 74656 | Location Heidenheim | start immediately Your tasks You will assist in the development of a comprehensive program to address mental stress in the workplace in accordance with the legal requirements under §5 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act. To do this, you will research and identify potential stressors and risks in the working environment and work with HSE and HR teams to develop strategies and initiatives to improve general wellbeing. You will also maintain regular communication with the works council and work with the company medical department to integrate health promotion measures and medical knowledge into the program. Close collaboration with all relevant departments and stakeholders is essential. You will also be responsible for supporting documentation and preparing regular progress reports and presentations for management and stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and legal requirements in the area of occupational health and safety rounds off your area of responsibility. Your profile Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Occupational Health, Safety Management, Psychology, Human Resources, Law or a related field. Knowledge or strong interest in occupational health and safety regulations, particularly in Germany (e.g., Occupational Health and Safety Act). Excellent communication skills in German and English, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
