We currently have an opportunity for a Support Engineer to join our team, working on-site at our Factory for Innovation in Mönchengladbach. You will provide 1st and 2nd line support for essential Windows, ERP and CAD systems, ensuring C&A colleagues at the Fit Factory and production systems remain online and producing our Denim products. The opportunity: The role is an excellent opportunity to join an enterprise scale IT environment where you can develop your skills, experience and career. We'd be keen to speak to thise with a blend of the following: Experience providing onsite IT support. Knowledge of Windows, MacOS, IOS You are familiar with ticket systems (e.g. Atlassian Jira) and documentation of progress A pro-active attitude and commitment to delivering service excellence.
