Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Define and govern global authorization concepts and access rights for core HR systems of adidas to ensure data integrity and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Define and document global authorization concepts, role definitions and standards for HR systems Drive and support rollout of global authorization concepts, standards and processes throughout the Group Consult HR community and other key stakeholders in the setup and usage of roles and authorization concepts Define and approve new roles and changes to existing roles within global authorization concept Define access and authorization auditing rules and routines Execute periodic audit checks of productive authorization concepts and roles Identify and document segregation of duty requirements and mitigation measurements Define requirements and provide input to HR IT initiatives regarding authorization concepts and setups Validate requirements of HR system authorization initiatives with data privacy regulations Maintain sound business relationship within HR and with Legal/Data Protection and Global IT Participate in regular information exchange and feedback sessions within the global eHR organization, as well as with external parties Key Relationships: HR Business Partners HR Rewards and Talent Partners HR Experts HR Services GIT Competence Center Leads and team members GIT Security and Access Control teams Group Data Protection Officer and Legal External consultants and service providers Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: High level of affinity to and experience with business computing and access control solutions Analytical and detail-oriented work style Team player mentality and ability to work with and through others Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to communicate complex subject matters to multiple levels of recipients Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal International mindset; experience as part of a geographically and culturally diverse team Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: University degree or equivalent (MBA, Diploma, BA, etc.) 3-5 years of work experience within the field of enterprise systems, ideally within an international matrix organization Working experience in an access control or compliance function Understanding of data privacy and data protection regulations Initial project management experience Excellent command of English and German Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
