The European Business head-quarter is located in France (Villeneuve D’Ascq), the German entity in Eschborn close to Frankfurt am Main. The German Retail business represents the No. 2 Country in terms of volumes and thus belongs to the TOP 4 countries (France, Germany, Italy and Belgium). The Marketing Department is built on 3 pillars: 1) Innovation 2) Brand communication and 3) Marketing Operations. The Retail Marketing department at local level is part of pillar 3. Reports to: Marketing Manager Retail PURPOSE OF THE JOB · Providing administrative & support to the RT marketing team (marketing manager & 2 brand manag-ers) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: GER&AT Retail quality & complaints · Quality topics, complaints & consumer care: daily communication with consumers, entering complaints into GCS system, communication with CEU quality department to investigate & close cases, sending response emails/digital reimbursement · Implementation of continuous external quality testing vs. competition GER/AT Retail marketing budget administration · Creation of shopping carts · Administration of purchase orders · Budget planning administration · Budget monitoring (monthly phasing accuracy) & reporting Other marketing support · Organization & dispatch of products/samples/raffle prizes/dummies · Organization of internal tastings · Other support as needed (e.g. translations, taking part in industry award competitions etc. REQUIRED LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Work and conceptual level Competencies as described above Education/experience/skills · Apprenticeship and/or work experience in office communication, consumer care, budget management · German native speaker & fluent English (spoken and written) · Very good computer skills (all MS Office applications) · Team player, open & supportive attitude, able to work independently Reminder: This is a 50% part-time position McCain Foods is an equal opportunity employer.
