The team ensures a strong alignment between internal and external stakeholders to deliver a frictionless consumer journey across website, app, and email. The Onsite Marketing working student (m/f/d) will support the department with day-to-day tasks and ongoing marketing projects. Your responsibilities Support the preparation and successful roll-out of marketing campaigns across website, app, and newsletter Support the development of frictionless consumer journeys for different consumer segments per campaign tier, phase, and objective (awareness, consideration, conversion) Participate in the briefing process to key stakeholders on channel-specific content requirements to ensure all content is optimised for engagement and fit for purpose Adhere to the internal quality assurance process and develop continuous channel-specific optimizations for campaign delivery Support the onsite marketing team in daily operations, campaign reporting and ongoing marketing projects What you bring In the process of obtaining a university degree in marketing or equivalent business/communications discipline Affinity and basic experience in marketing, preferably in eCommerce and digital marketing Affinity and basic experience in project management and stakeholder management Effective communication skills, high resilience and proactive, solution-oriented attitude Ability to prioritize and deliver on high numbers of tasks with varying workload Creativity and attention to detail Fluent in English, German knowledge is beneficial What we offer An exciting job in an international and inspirational working environment at one of Europe’s leading fashion brands A transformative and dynamic working culture In addition, you will enjoy attractive discounts
