Support us in shaping the future with courage and common sense! Your tasks: You make the difference with us. You will ensure that our international product range always meets current consumer needs . Beyond that, you will be the key interface with our markets with regards to both operational and strategic topics. While leading a cross functional team to ensure best in class and on time delivery, you will develop and execute NPD pipeline for international markets. Together with agencies, you will develop targeted campaigns to position and support the growth of your brand. In addition, you will also manage the development and implementation of marketing plans for the brand and the respective products and lead the management of market research. Your area of responsibility is rounded off by building up a comprehensive global network within the company and liaise closely with our national subsidiaries . As a link between different stakeholders, you will ensure cooperation with the countries and relevant headquarters departments. Your profile: You keep reinventing us. A degree in economics , preferably with a major in marketing or strategic/international management , is required. Furthermore, you have 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in brand or product management of FMCG or a lifestyle/premium brand and have ideally already worked internationally with knowledge of and experience in working with the MEA region being a plus. A passion for consumer goods brands and a readiness to contribute creative concepts to the future of our brands is essential. Extensive experience in leading international project teams and navigating complex organizations with ease is required to thrive in this role. Strong communication skills , resilience , and assertiveness , coupled with being a team player , are some of your key characteristics and your strong implementation skills and intercultural sensitivity make it easy for you to work with different stakeholders. Your structured approach , strategic thinking , analytical skills and ownership round off your profile. Business fluency in English is required, with additional language skills (e.g., German) being a plus. Your benefits: Together we stay different.
