Job ID: 39534 Location: Hamburg : Willy-Brandt-Straße 59 Position Category: Administration/Business Support Position Type: Employee Fixed Term Service Delivery Support (SDS) Administrator (1-year fixed term) We are looking for a Service Delivery Support (SDS) Administrator to join our SDS Hamburg team. This is a full-time position with fixed term contract for one year. In this role you will deal primarily with the tasks related to Marine Equipment and Component inspections, supporting the delivery of a professional and responsive service to our external and internal clients. Within the frame of the tasks and responsibilities assigned to our SDS team you will be performing following activities: respond to client’s and other incoming enquiries, produce quotations with appropriate pricing, gain approval for Quotes, where required, set up of the job in our internal system (SAP – Business by Design) for the agreed scope of work, monitor progress of the jobs in the system to ensure timely invoicing, monitor and process of the entries in various dashboards to ensure that all required activities assigned to our team within the system have been performed as appropriate, deal with post invoice queries, arrange for changes in Customer Master Data if required, build and maintain good client relationships through proactive communication and accurate action to fulfil client expectations, liaising with other team members, departments, and offices worldwide, as required, prioritise and process documentation/data/information in accordance with local business requirements and agreed deadlines, data filing/entry in accordance with defined procedures, conduct all activities in line with internal procedures, contractual requirements, cost structures and budget constraints. What you bring: proficiency in the German and English language (spoken and written), strong customer orientation, responsive and pro-active, professional administrative education or equivalent, PC-literate; high affinity to work with professional business-systems, structured and well-organized working style, attention to detail and data correctness, good numerical skills, good cooperation and communication skills with own team and with other internal and external stakeholders.
