PURPOSE This is a key position for a structured, passionate and goal-oriented future leader who drives the effectiveness and transformation of our teams who are creating and implementing digital solutions. This role is responsible for driving direct-to-consumer growth by enabling highly effective, connected and informed teams across our Global Sales organization, focused on transformation opportunities. Critical to success will be helping teams continuously learn and win through a growth mindset in order to navigate our volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environment, and, thus, delivering against the adidas mission. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Drive the delivery of TRANS4RM Sales team effectiveness and transformation initiatives and efforts, including implementation of our change strategy and change management framework Execute change readiness for TRANS4RM Sales rollouts, translating strategy and vision into clear plans and actions, while managing timely execution in close alignment with the Digital Sales Solutions team, the TRANS4RM program team, and key Sales market stakeholders Collaborate closely with Digital Sales Solutions and Sales Tech product teams across the globe, to ensure a strong team culture with high engagement, providing focus and transparency to deliver value to our consumers, customers and internal users Provide transparency to Global and Market Sales leadership of the execution status of TRANS4RM Sales team effectiveness and transformation initiatives Work in cross-functional teams, support decision making and be pragmatic about managing different expectations Maintain expertise in the area of transformation, team culture, change management, learning and agile ways of working through networking with partners KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Innovative and structured approach, able to influence the agenda Exp erienced in change management within an agile set up, and knowledge of product-led program management and ways of working Decisive, able to think strategically with the big picture on hand, and understand organizational impact Strong influencing skills, with ability to hold managers accountable Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high visibility and exposure to senior leadership Foster a highly motivational and highly inclusive working environment Team player with the ability to create strong team bonds and a strong network Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation in English Proven track record in effectively implementing change in a digital or retail environment Expertise in influencing and engaging with stakeholders at different organizational levels Very good Microsoft Office 365 skills, especially PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint Online Knowledge of Wholesale and DTC business Experience in an agile environment and/or market advantageous QUALIFICATIONS Degree with focus on Communication, Business Administration, or related areas or equivalent combination of education and experience 6+ years of experience in change and transformation initiatives 6+ years of experience with digital solutions and in a digital team or environment Cross-functional experience in a corporate environment Experience in working with external consultants PROSCI certified change manager or equivalent
