To support our production at our location in Jena, we are looking for a full-time (40 hours/week), permanent Shiftleader Technology (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible. What will you be doing? Ensuring a smooth production process Monitoring ongoing production in close cooperation with the production manager Optimizing quality, productivity and process reliability Allocation of production activities Planning shift staffing, vacation planning and overtime recording in accordance with operational requirements Compliance with all safety-related regulations Recording and rectifying faults and defects in the production facilities and premises Employee management and development Monitoring quality management Compliance with the auditable standard in accordance with our current ISO standards and customer specifications Documentation of all departmental complaints (external and internal) - Daily inventory of materials and consumables Who are You? Completed training as a microtechnologist or comparable training or corresponding professional experience At least 10 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned activities in an industrial company What competencies will you need? Experience in handling chemicals and the associated occupational safety regulations Advanced knowledge of chemistry Very good understanding of processes Conflict resolution skills Ability to work in a team and flexibility Reliability and diligence We are we Offering...
