SR. BUSINESS MANAGER, AUTO MARKETING JOB PURPOSE Develop and execute the regional market segment strategy for Smart Panels, Lighting and ETP Trim segment. Align with SABIC growth ambitions; lead regional sustainable and profitable market growth initiatives in existing and emerging sub-segments. The ideal candidate will have a versatile background in the automotive industry, with a deep knowledge of materials, especially in aesthetics interior and exterior trim. RESPONSIBILITIES integrate regional needs into the global segment strategy new market identification and evaluation of new market needs lead ideation and build innovation pipeline engage with value chain partners and drive strategic collaboration to validate hypothesis / business cases / solutions monitor the regulatory environment to stay ahead of competition align resources from different functions for the short-, mid- and long-term growth ambitions (Volume, Differentiation, Premium) establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry associations translate complex business situations into clear and actionable plans foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, differentiation and continuous improvement across different countries / cultures MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field minimum of 7 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on materials and aesthetics interior and exterior trim proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies, utilizing data-driven analysis and creative thinking understand the selling process, able to identify value differentiation knowledge of materials for automotive applications and manufacturing processes analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to formulate complex business situations and translate them into clear and actionable plans communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead through influencing and inspire teams to drive innovation and growth future-oriented mindset with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and driving transformational change in the automotive industry.
