Alstom Digital & Integrated Systems offers a wide range of services and products relating to signalling technology and infrastructure. In close cooperation with our worldwide product competence centers, we cover business development, sales and bid management as well as customer-oriented project management, homologation, system engineering, documentation, mechanical integration, installation, commissioning and warranty at our Berlin location. We are looking for a VIE as Project Management Support at our offices in the heart of Berlin for a period of 24 months Your tasks: Proactive support of the project managers n day-to-day business Creation of protocols, project plans, project status reports Regular tracking of the open points list and project review calendar Consolidation and input for project controlling Preparation of documentation and presentations Monthly tracking and control in the hours recording tool Management of reports and creation of key figures Document management Interface management of internal departments including other Alstom sites Optimizing the flow of information within the project team Your profile : Educated to Master Degree in HW/SW Engineering / management with a good industrial comprehension, you have a first experience ideally in an international industrial environment and more especially in project management. You are interested in railway products. Excellent communication skills, your diplomacy and tenacity and your open-mind enable you to be well integrated in a changing environment. Your autonomy, team spirit, management and organizational skills and good business sense are your key assets for this position. Good language level of English & German is mandatory, French will be an asset Excellent MS office skills required. Interpersonal skills Required Teamplayer with strong communication skills Ability to work in an international environment and with different cultures Strong customer and service-oriented mindset Details of the Volunteers for International Experience (VIE) programme: Assignments are open for citizens of European Union countries between 18 and 28 years, who have fulfilled the military service obligations of their country; A VIE assignment will be in a country other than that of the applicant; Set up by public sector statute in France, managed by the BusinessFrance organisation; Assignment lasts from six to 24 months, renewable once within a cumulative limit of 24 months; Compensation (non-taxable) linked to the cost of living index and set by BusinessFrance according to the destination country; International social protection is extended to eligible parties; 2.5 days of holiday per month Please register your CV and motivation letter in German & English language.
