What you’ll do We are looking for a motivated and curious student (f/m/d) who wants to join the Go-To-Market Strategy & Transformation team as a working student to deliver special projects for the Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations Lead and the respective Executive Board Members of Customer Success, Marketing & Solutions, and Customer Services & Delivery. You will support the Go-To-Market Strategy & Transformation team, a small, diverse, high performing team with members from top management consulting companies (e.g. BCG, Bain, McK) and experts with strong business background and history in relevant domains. Main responsibilities: Support all aspects of problem solving and strategy formulation including identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing, and conducting analyses and synthesizing conclusions into recommendations Support work on decision proposals for the SAP Executive Board Conduct sophisticated business and financial analyses Gather knowledge on new subject matter from across a range of source What you bring Enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences Preferred fields of study: Business Management, Economics, Business Informatics, Business Analytics Computer skills: Advanced MS Office Suite knowledge (focus on PowerPoint and Excel) Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus At least 6 months consulting experience is preferred Ability to work independently and in a proactive, structured manner with a hands-on, reliable working style Strong analytical and communication skills, flexibility and motivated to work in an international and intercultural team Willingness to learn and collaborate Responsibility and ability to drive topics open-mindedly and focused on the end-result Meet your team The Go-To-Market Strategy & Transformation team reports into the Global Head of Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations. Key tasks include shaping and execution of strategic initiatives and transformational programs. The team is composed of highly skilled professionals with diverse backgrounds in marketing, strategy consulting, and business transformation. We collaborate closely to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive SAP's go-to-market success. We put great emphasis on collaboration, creative problem-solving, analytical expertise, and excellent communication to achieve outstanding results. Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
