Your responsibilities at C&A Co-Pilot to the Business Leaders of Logistics Enable fact-based decision making and performance management for the business leaders by generating insights, identifying opportunities and improvement areas and actively sharing these. Be a sparring partner for the Logistics and Business Navigation leadership. Execute and manage the budget, planning and forecasting processes. Provide & Review management reports, including logistics savings/benefit tracking, variance analysis (vs. plan, forecast and prior year), with the LogisticsTeam. Perform investment tracking. Conduct ad-hoc analysis and deep dives. Develop business cases, with clear metrics / benchmarks / thresholds, for new projects.
