We are looking for individuals who want to join our Team in Garmisch, Germany. JOB OPENING Title: IACS Administrative Personnel Location: Garmisch, Germany Start Date: Immediately Job-Type: Part-Time On-Call (PTOC) = Substitute and replacement personnel for planned and unplanned absences at the IACS administrative office. Personnel should be available on short notice. JOB DESCRIPTION Provide customer service. Perform administrative duties. Process D-Bid passes. Basic data entry. Additionally, registrars are required to process access roster lists for individuals requiring access on the post for special occasions and other on-post functions. A registrar will also implement and understand all U.S. Army regulations about the IACS and work with the DES/PMO to ensure information and submissions are completed accurately. QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge in customer service (minimum one year) Issue DBIDS Cards (Defense Biometric Identification System) Perform administrative duties Process access roster list Basic data entry French Consulting is considering individuals currently (or soon to be) located within commuting distance of the job location.
