Location: Stadtallendorf Start date: September 2024 What you can expect: being a subject matter expert capable of translating business needs into functional and technical requirements as well as to provide specialized support comparing different technologies based on comparison templates as well as providing suggestions and guidelines for the final solution design & implementation designing resilient solutions with high attention to user experience, business continuity and data quality anticipating business and IT needs to ensure long term operation of current solutions and to prevent issues during the application lifecycle preparing comprehensive test plans for the introduction of new applications or functionalities to ensure expected outcomes and to minimize risk of business disruption joining projects with a collaborative and proactive approach for the maintenance and growth of the team accountability coordinating proactively external partners for the collaboration on project objectives encouraging business stakeholders and IT colleagues on the respect and deploy of standard solutions, models and processes defined by the company attractive benefits such as vacation pay and a special payment, company health programs, meal allowances for our canteen, regular product allocations as well as a comprehensive training program within the framework of Ferrero University What we expect: University degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems or related fields at least 3 years of prior work experience with SAP and legacy systems integrated with it, preferably in international companies object oriented mindset ability to lead, manage and provide guidance to other team members ability to translate business requirements into technical concepts, think independently, and take the initiative required to resolve issues in a team structure availability to travel abroad (max. up to 25%) to support team activities and project implementations constant curiosity about new technologies, frameworks and platforms fluent written and spoken English, good knowledge of German is a plus If you are interested in this position, please send your full application to Verena Philipps from Human Resources.
