Stellenziel In dieser Position sind Sie verantwortlich für die Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung unserer aktuellen IT-Infrastruktur, Anwendungen und Kommunikationssysteme, insbesondere durch Vor-Ort-Support für den Standort Gütersloh und bei Bedarf auch für andere Standorte in der Region. Sie fungieren als direkter Ansprechpartner für IT-Angelegenheiten an den unterstützten Standorten. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Gewährleistung des reibungslosen Ablaufs des täglichen Betriebs und die enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Helpdesk sowie den globalen Teams für Infrastrukturanwendungen und Programmmanagement, um auftretende Probleme zu lösen. Des Weiteren werden Sie eng mit den Geschäfts- und IT-Teams zusammenarbeiten, um zukünftige Verbesserungen an den unterstützten Standorten zu definieren und umzusetzen sowie Änderungen zu kommunizieren. Aufgabenbereich Die Rolle umfasst die Bearbeitung von Tickets, Desktop-Support, WAN, LAN, Telekommunikation, Server, Speicher, Netzwerkinfrastruktur (Switches, Router usw.), Desktop-Support und Bereitstellung, Virtualisierung, Sicherheitsupdates und Patching. Sie unterstützen und aktualisieren lokale Anwendungen, einschließlich Barcode-Erfassung, MES, LIMS oder anderer lokaler Systeme. Sie helfen bei der Identifizierung und Erstellung des jährlichen Budgets für die Region und sind verantwortlich für Spezifikation, Beschaffung und Austausch von IT-Ausstattung. Als Ansprechpartner für Datenschutzbeauftragte und Betriebsräte sind Sie die zentrale Kontaktperson für alle IT-bezogenen Themen. Anforderungen und Qualifikationen: Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Desktop-/Netzwerkunterstützun Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse Gute Englischkenntnisse Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit Drittanbietern/Vendoren. Job Purpose The role is responsible for supporting and enhancing the current IT infrastructure, applications, and communications, primarily onsite support for the Gutersloh site, but also serving other sites in the region as required. This person acts as the face of IT for the supported sites The candidate will be responsible for continuation of day-to-day operations and work closely with the helpdesk, global infrastructure application, and program management teams to resolve issues. They will work closely with business and IT to specify and implement future enhancements on supported sites and communicate changes. Job Responsibilities The role includes ticket handling, desktop support, WAN, LAN, telecom, servers, storage, network infrastructure (switches, routers, etc.), desktop support and deployment, virtualisation, security updates and patching. They will support and update local applications including barcoding, MES, LIMS or other local systems. Will help to identify and build annual budget for region. Responsible for specification, procurement, and replacement of IT equipment. Single point of contact for data protection officers and works councils for all IT-related topics Requirements & Qualifications 5+ years Desktop/Network support work experience Understanding of business processes Excellent German language skills Good English language Ability to work with third-party vendors.
