In your role as Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) you closely work with internal and external partners within Tchibo’s International Business unit to implement commercial tasks, initiatives, and processes. In addition, you will be responsible for carrying out commercial coordination that will enable the company to achieve its non-food targets to increase sales, growth, and profitability , working closely with non-food planners in European countries. Your area of responsibility is rounded off by the preparation, follow-up, and overview of reports needed in non-food commercial actions. This includes leading the project management, ensuring the implementation of the agreed decisions, and monitoring the respective KPI’s throughout the year. Your profile: You keep reinventing us. You have successfully completed your studies (Bachelor's, Diploma/Master’s or comparable), ideally with a focus on economics. In addition, you have at least 5 years of professional experience in project management. You are characterized by international sensitivity and experience in working with different cultures. Furthermore, you have sound knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); basic knowledge of SAP is desired. Your profile is rounded off by excellent communication and presentation skills with a fluency in German and English . Your benefits: Together we stay different.
