Purpose & Overall Relevance to the Organization: The purpose of this position is to provide temporary, administrative support to the Key Account Sales Team INTERSPORT. Key Responsibilities: Perform all incidental and relevant administrative tasks under direction Organize, distribute and archive information and correspondence Coordinate and organize meetings Acting as an internal point of contact for departmental matters Maintaining and updating spreadsheets and other documents Translating documents Supporting the creation and/or compilation of presentations Maintaining and updating the team sharepoint (if applicable) Key Relationships: Sales Strategic Team Marketing Operations Sales Development International Buying Group Team External: Partners and Accounts Knowledge, skills and abilities: Positive attitude towards data & systems Analytical skills & will to learn Attention to detail Passion for brand, sports & products Ability to work in a team High level of integrity and trustworthiness Very good written and spoken German and English skills Interest in sports Required education and experience / minimum requirement: University student in the field of Business, Management, Economics, Sports or Marketing Currently studying at a college or university (certificate of enrollment available for the relevant period) Good user knowledge of MS-Office (especially MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint)
