What you´ll do The candidate has the opportunity to work with different stakeholders on many different data protection topics and to support them in the following tasks: Support in monitoring subcontractors and reviewing legal requirements Support for registering Processes relevant to Data Protection and Privacy Support to release of newsletters or data protection-relevant information Support for Data Privacy presentations for Enterprise Cloud Services Supports the Data Protection Office in day-to-day operations and business tasks on need basis, providing ad hoc reporting as needed Support the Data Protection Coordinator in the implementation of data protection requirements to comply with DSVGO (GDPR compliance) Maintain and update information such as wiki pages, SharePoint, and MS Teams What you bring You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. preferred fields of study: law, business administration, business informatics or similar Fluent in English and German – both are important! Very good MS Office knowledge and safe handling especially with: MS Word for the creation of documentation, manuals, flyers MS Excel for creating and evaluating data MS PowerPoint for creating and updating presentations and MS Outlook for communication via e-mail and for meeting requests Ability to solve problems with an "unconventional" attitude Very good communication, presentation and networking skills Proactive and independent employment Passionate and curious to learn, improve and develop We are looking for someone who takes initiative, is enduring and remains curious, with all assigned tasks and those done self employed and logged independently. You like to work on meaningful, innovative projects and are enthusiastic about lifelong learning. Knowledge of data protection topics is an advantage! Learning and development opportunities Gain comprehensive insight into various GDPR topics and other legal regulations around the world. In addition, you will learn firsthand how to implement the DPMS system at SAP and learn how to ensure the implementation of new requirements. Meet your Team The Enterprise Cloud Services Data Protection Office is the “guardian” of the SAP Data Protection Management System (DPMS) in Enterprise Cloud Services under the Product Engineering Board area. The purpose of the SAP data protection management system and the associated requirements is to achieve and maintain an effective and appropriate level of data protection and strengthen SAP’s position as a trusted partner for its customers and the path to the cloud. We are looking for a candidate who can support our dynamic and positive data protection team with a professional handling of MS Office applications in order to make a difference together with us! Your application documents should include: a cover letter, a tabular curriculum vitae, a school leaving certificate; a certificate of enrolment; A current study certificate copies of academic degrees already obtained; and If available, references from previous employers (including internships) Please also describe your experience and knowledge in foreign languages and computer application programs. Programming languages are not required, but knowing how software comes from is an advantage.
