Help in creating an inclusive Workforce Strategy Framework, covering all influencing and impacting aspects. Which includes understanding SAP's strategy about Headcount and needed Skill Management, talent recruiting, and Location Management, up to the formulation of strategic guidelines. Help in the execution of assessments, preparation of reports, presentation decks, and communication materials. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize future-oriented skill and workforce demands in alignment with SAP's strategy.
