The future looks like you E-Commerce Sales – A newly formed team within Digital & Consumer, responsible for growing & commercially steering C&A Web & APP across all divisions & countries! We play a crucial role in achieving our targets within a 360 view on the business, to unlock our potential and achieve (profitable) growth. We’re looking for a Workingstudent: Omnichannel Manager - Markets to join the team! This role will contribute to build and grow the One C&A experience to our consumers on- and offline in all European markets. The Omnichannel Manager - Markets will centrally manage cross-functional initiatives and ensure omnichannel execution aligned with local market needs. Your responsibilities Manage and coordinate digital and omnichannel initiatives in collaboration within a cross-functional team environment with Markets Act as key digital counterpart/interface for the local market activations in the different markets to co-create omnichannel initiatives and cooperations Ensure operational excellence on digital channels of market specifics local initiatives Support in developing and implementing Omnichannel projects in order to create One C&A connected experience across the whole ecosystem in all markets What you bring Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, often ambiguous environment Ability to multitask and to prioritize as well as strong organizational skills Being currently enrolled for studies related with economics, sales, ecom, etc. What we offer You will be part of an international and fast changing environment You will feel a positive work environment with open feedback culture Attractive employee discounts!
