As a working student in our HR team, you’ll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to meaningful projects. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented working student to support our HR department. You’ll work closely with our HR team on various tasks therefore we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) who is available up to 20 hours a week. Your responsibilities You will support employee’s onboarding by preparing documents, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires You will collaborate on HR data projects, helping to identify trends and insights You will handle administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and updating HR databases You will contribute to process improvement initiatives within the HR department What you bring Enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, etc.). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (German and English) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Most importantly : Passion for People!
