The future looks like you We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) to join our Talent Acquisition team as soon as possible to support the recruitment of working students, interns and trainees. You will gain insights into cross-departmental tasks, take on the entire recruiting process independently and have the opportunity to become part of the team in an international working environment! Your responsibilities You support the recruiting team during the entire candidate lifecycle - from active sourcing to hiring You will be involved in direct communication with candidates You coordinate appointments for interviews and maintain the recruiting calendar You support exciting projects, such as trainee marketing or trade fair planning You were responsible for reporting in Excel and SuccessFactors What you bring You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of business administration, social sciences, HR management or similar You are characterised by a structured and precise way of working You have the ability to work in a dynamic environment A high degree of independence, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team are a matter of course for you You are fluent in German and English and have good MS Office skills What we offer An exciting area of responsibility in an international and inspiring working environment Valuable insights into the workings of an international HR organisation A positive working atmosphere with an open feedback culture If we have piqued your interest, we look forward to receiving your application!
